Want to eat brownies without the guilt?

It’s Foodie Friday and that means I get to share with you one of my favorite desserts!

I am not a chef, cook, baker or even actually decent at any of those careers. I do, however, love food and I love finding and using recipes that are nutritious and delicious.

I love sweets, especially brownies. Once I learned how to make brownies out of sweet potatoes I was hooked (my kids love them too)

Sweet potatoes are amazingly nutritious.  According to Dr. Axe,  ” By far, one of the most beneficial nutritional aspects of sweet potatoes is that they are an unusually high resource of vitamin A. In fact, no other food on the planet contains more vitamin A than sweet potatoes! “
