My TOP 4 Recipe Books

It this day and age I find it so much easier to pull-up a recipe on my smart phone and just follow the instructions; however, there is something about a good old-fashion recipe book that makes me feel complete.

Now, I have a ton of health books ( I’m kinda nerdy when it comes to wellness education) – but these four books are always up front and are my go-tos for great recipes.

I believe these books hold a place in my heart because they are some of the first books I purchased when I started on my own wellness journey (almost 8 years ago). I encourage everyone to check these books out, especially if you are having a difficult time coming up with meals that are healthy and amazing to the taste buds.


In no particular order:
