Start your day with gratitude- When your day begins with a gratitude mindset, happiness comes easily because you are focused on all the blessings in your life. Gratitude helps you embrace the daily grind and enjoy the simple beauty of life.
Don’t simply exercise. Find an activity that fosters playfulness and curiosity.
Get some natural light – Moderate sun exposure can elevate your mood by boosting the “happy hormone” (serotonin).
Unfollow every social media account that causes you to fall into the comparison trap. Feeling unworthy after looking at photoshopped pictures and calling it “motivation” is damaging to your confidence
Attack the lack – practice loving yourself where you are at RIGHT NOW. It doesn’t have to come from a place of lack. Talk to yourself as if you were talking to your friend or child. Encourage yourself and be mindful of the words you use. Self-loathing pushes you further from your goals.
